Lower Court Hope Farm, Stelling Minnis and Jubilee Farm, Rhodes Minnis have over 500 acres which are farmed organically through certification with The Soil Association. They are run as a mixed livestock and arable farm. We are focused on producing high quality organic meat, cereals and forage (hay and straw). We have our own herd of Aberdeen Angus beef cattle(The Jubilee Herd) and a flock of native breed ewes for lamb, hogget and mutton, we also produce Bronze Turkeys for Christmas.
We have very high animal welfare standards.
